Today the steam bathe seems particularly hot. I can practically feel the heat in my face and have to exit the steam bathe quite a few times to cool down.
This is today's measurement
62.48 Kg (before steam bathe and massage)
62.32 Kg (after the treatment) ... loose water mah
Sad that I have to buy the cream which cost a bomb again. This will help to reduce the stretch mark (have yet to see the results) . There goes a big hole in my pocket. Never mind, will try to save when I go to new company.
