Demoralized at Work!

Lately I have been rather demoralized at work. Why? The reason being someone stab be bad again. The worst part is this person who stab me is a Christian. This have made me wonder Christians... yet they can stab another sister in Christ. So where is justice in that? He can still act that nothing have happened? That is really sad!

Still, not forgetting this woman who claim to be close to me, having been doing some obvious small acts that even blind man can see what she is trying to do. Stop putting an act! She is obviously eyeing for my position. Everybody seems want to please and carry favor to my boss. They are jealous that I am reporting to her and I am doing good at what I do. & should I even pretend I don't know? Should I just resign so let her have this place or should I continue to pretend?

Also, people have been taking for granted. I feel like I am a maid more than a support in this company. Sigh .... ordering food and ordering food and cleaning up the place... feels so depressing with no more challenge.

Finally Settled!

Today, we finalized the OTP of the EM near Woodlands. Finally the hunt is over...and at least I hope so when HDB accepts the ratio at that area in 2 weeks time. If HDB doesn't... at least we still get back what we have paid upfront. After 10 years of staying here, we finally give up with our neighbor. Came home and then they hang their lights over to our end. Sigh.. having neighbors like that really sad! However, we didn't make noise due to it is Deepavali.. and we hope that they will know to remove it after that!

Mis-leading Ads or is it just another good strategy to attract customer?

If you were following my blog, I am still on the topic of hunting for a new home. It haven't been easy and filled with frastration as some housing agents mislead you with believing that there is really a block that is selling but there isn't. They called it "Fake Ad". How it works is that, you see this ad and you call them, and they will either tell you that is sold or they tell you that is fake. Then they try to reel you into viewing another one of the exisiting one they have not sold.

Still, I also noticed that some ad states that it cost so much for this flat but when called, they some how changed it to View To Offer. HELLO!!!! Asking Price indicated and View To Offer isn't the same. So I asked an expert and he says that this is to make it more attractive. Well, to me, it is a mislead ad. People are so desparate even to resort to this way of advertising. Is it even legal? Perhaps I don't understand why must they resort to do this but I do know that it is not right to do that just to get customers and this is what I called "ETHICS". You only waste other people's time in trying to call to make appointment to view and end up not meeting their budget.

Hunt for new House still in progress

Despite the announcement in drop of COV in the Straits Times, things don't seem to be on the bright side. Nothing much have moved nor improved. We are still on the hunt for a new home. Haven't quite seen many that are nice enough we can actually consider buying. Those we like we really can't afford coz they asking a bit high than what we budget for.

This is really 冤家路窄 I think I saw someone from my past. Someone who I used to attend college with. Someone who think she is like very clever and put people down with her cynical laugh. Glad I didn't come face to face to her.
