Ok ... I am guilty of being judgemental at times but who isn't? If you say you aren't then you must be kidding coz no one can or able to do that. Even the slightest thing you hear from your friend you start to wonder and that is call Judging. Judging weather what you hear is correct or not or do you have controversy to that statement.
So how can we avoid it? You can't really and there isn't a solution to it. You are constantly hearing what others say and seeing what others have done and comparing what your philosophy is.

There is a difference between judging situations and being judgmental towards people.
You can compare your world view without being judgmental...and even if it's human nature to be judgmental I remind myself that "we judge others by their actions and ourselves by our intentions." That makes it pretty eas not to judge someone else.
