Feeling better

1 week have past and I am finally doing much better already from the gastric pain I had last week. I have stopped coffee for the time being especially morning intake. Have switched to drinking milk to stop the acidic in stomache. Drink quite frequent ginger tea to help ease digestion. Take my vitamin pills to perk up back my energy I lost during that past 1 week of illness. Now I am better but must continue to take care. Am eating bananas whenever I feel hunger to also help ease the stomache pain from coming back.
