Sigh.. house hunting can be a stressful thing in thi aera. Why? 20 over years ago, when moving house, we don't even have to think much and just move. However, these days we have to consider the available place to transfer children's school before I start hunting for a house.
You thought hunting is easy but not so espeically when there are so many advertisements out there stating to sell their house but how many are really genuine? Now I realize that! Some even advertise and then even when they sold the unit, they don't even bother to have the ad remove from the internet. Each time you search, their listing comes up. I would check the posting date but some don't come with it. Sigh ....
There is another down side to house hunting... people are asking way over evaluation . The condition of house ain't as you think it would be. At least should have really move-in condition but some not even come close.
& the hunt continues until one suitable one comes up!
