Can I beat the Curse?

Ok.. my one year anniversary in this current company is coming up. The offical 1 year will be next month.

For this history of my career, I have stayed in Chartered Semiconductor for the longest time. During that time I have enjoyed knowing friends and leaving them behind. I have long past cut myself away from the memories there, not like I don't enjoy it but hanging on to it will make it hard to move on - I seem to notice that after sometime.

So will I be continuing to break the curse of how long can I stay in one company? Well, I am tring very hard to break the record for the second time and hoping I can stay longer than 2 years. It seem to be very hard as my current working place is far far away and transport everyday is a hassle. Trust me when I say it is a hassle. It runs on a stupid private bus who picks their own time to come and breaks down don't send for a backup. See... how hard this is going to be?

Trying to recover being played out ....

Filled with aggitation this week as I try to heal myself and get over with being played out by my dispatch person for giving me such hope to have a ride out of Jurong Island and reaching home early and then say he couldn't. I can understand that he has his reason for doing it but I still feel disappointed.. as I try to get over the feeling. It is not easy .. sigh .. resign from this job is popping into my head several times. However, like the cleaner Auntie say would it help if I resign? I will not get that kind of pay outside.. and so true .. Sigh .. more white hairs going to pop out of my head like pop corn. SUCKS .. !

I tried to find other ways but then not within my budget either. Like my husband say, "you not paying him anything yet what so he can change his mind"and this hurt. Husbands like that to hurt you and not comfort you. Sickening....

On the other hand, I lay my tarot card and the answer is that I should also stay. Doubly suck.

There are no FREE Lunch

I have come across this lesson many times and have every time trusted it. Guess this term have never failed !

I thought I found a fast ride out of Jurong Island with this new company dispatch but today, guess I was wrong. Sigh... so disappointed and low in morale. He told me that his younger daughter want to use his vehicle so he can't come back here to pick me. Hey ... this ride is not for free ... I am going to pay him. I am filled with sadness and disappointed... that all my dream to hang on onto this job has shattered. Sigh ... kindness never pays... good people is never written on face nor just saying that person is kind. Getting to know a person needs time... and I know that this ride was too good to be true and like I expected too.

SoundBuzz closing - SAD

I finally found something that works for me and here comes the bad news today!

DAMN! I have been downloading MP3s at Soundbuzz which I found not long ago that they have a wide selections of MP3 music which is not illegal. Not sure of the reason why they are closing down but it is sad... now I got no more latest MP3 music for downloading. It SUCKS!

Good Day ... Until...

Today is a good day!

I went with my husband to Sizzler at Toa Payoh to eat steak. Yum yum... juicy steak... and free flow of salad bar and finish with a cuppicino. S A T I S F Y I N G! So full that I rest like a big slob on the chair with my stomache so full until I could hardly walk.

Later went to buy another expensive shoe Scholl I saw I like and it was on sale. The one I just bought not long also expensive but suck coz it cozing my leg very much ache and the rubber has worn off badly. Pansy shoes... SUCKS... not ever going to buy. Just throw my money away. Sigh ... but can't save the money on this coz I do a lot of walking around.

Again come home with two children and angry again coz my girl refuse to listen to me again dispite I told her not to do something.
