This year my Dad and my step-mother is not able to join us for CNY celebration. Why? This is becoz step-mother's mother passed away on new year eve 4am in the morning I guess.
So this year we went down to my relatives place ourselves. Same old practice like every year. Nothing new nothing old.
This year at my father-in-laws, I came home early not wanting to wait for the relative who always come late and stay late ;).

Another Busy Day
Ok.. everyone's been telling me that "they" need to get used to having you around speech. Give yourself some time. Time is ticking and it really is COLD here with all the attitude from young colleagues.
Again .. hate this! Have to wait for the gate keeper to come open the door. One young colleague, male ask me to catch the lift my boss is in and we wait here. I say to myself ... har .. what is that .. I might as well go basement and tell him I need the key. See how silly one person can tell me to do that. My jaw drop.
GATE keeper ... please come early if you want to keep to keys hor! Some of us would like to go to office and start WORKING and not waste time! Some of us have L I V E S!
Ok... another thing I need to say that things will be extremely hard to change. Yesterday, my boss gave the close shop dinner and I booked the table. Seeing that everybody else is busy I go to the restaurant first to put my butt at the table first. Wait and wait.. then colleagues all came together. Guess what ... they sit away like as if I got disease or something. Alright .. very mature! Forget it.. ! So I continue reading my book until my boss come. Not sure if she noticed it that but who cares. Actually I didn't want to go either but not nice. But guess as much I end up like that. So much for warming up!
Then there is my Boss constantly hounding me. Give me a break ... I can only do so much.. if you think I am slow then go get the last person to do it for you lah. I feel that I already doing so much and I am not complaining. They could have tell me we are a place of fast moving and I do mean fast moving. Give you something to do ... 1 minute later I will ask from you.
And there goes this thing where can you make up your mind. Here I already advertise for the position and they ask if you got friends. I thought you should have ask this question before I advertise for the position? If have then why would we want to incur that expense? Funny!
Now I really want to pray to the LORD that I don't really think I am capable of completing this mission you have assigned me.

Busy Weekend
It's that time of the year again! Chinese New Year is a time for Spring Cleaning. Only this time of the year I would bother to run through my things and see what I don't need, trash out and hoping for the brand new year would be good.
Wake up very early in the morning say 6am to do housework, before my babies wake up. Wipe the dirty study tables. Clean the window grills. Boy it looks damn good now. The dust have been collected that thick. Clean the master bedroom. Ok I am exhausted... leave the rest to tomorrow.
Buy bak kua which cost a bomb this year for my parents and father-in-law and not forgetting my babysitter too. Then drop by my father's place to give him the bak kua and also let him play with my babies.
Dinner was at the new place Chong Pang Steamboat located somewhere in Boon Keng MRT. Boy was it smoky.

9 Treatment - CITISPA
I almost half way way there.
Today's weigh = 60.9kg
After treatment = 59 kg
Good results that I am dropping in weight. Hope I can keep this and go below during the Chinese New Year :)

Phew ! For a moment I thought the boss wants me to finish the research today! I expected this to happen some day but didn't know that soon. Boss, are you NUTS! Do research how can complete in one day one!
Anyway, I just went to ask him say. Sorry I got appointment, can I finish whatever research you need me to do on Monday? He was kind to say, do whatever you can. Thank you BOSS hor! However, this do make me feel that whatever was told to me during the interview, wasn't TRUE! Hhhhmmmm... my list of wanting to stay seem to have doubts. No matter how I still have to complete my contract with the employment agent. Tick tock tick tock.. counting the days do really drives me crazy. Just like it was when I was in Chartered, always wondering if they will keep me or kick me.
Colleagues.. I think I am warming up to them. Perhaps except one. One of which was on leave today. I really don't know if she is the blacksheep in which every company definitely will have one. Fears are there no doubt but I still have to strive hard for the money.
Work wise, it has been crazy. So many things keep going on round here. Can you believe that they are still using such an old copier machine that boots up so slow everytime I open the drawer to insert a paper in? What's more, no self feed feature too :((. Pretty pathetic machine. Need to help them to change.
